Blwyddyn Newydd Dda – Happy New Year!
06 Jan 2021, Posted by in #artsnewydd, Community, Newport, Out & About, WalesBlwyddyn Newydd Dda – Happy New Year! 2020 was a tough year, but by gosh we made it through, and whilst the majority of folks have started the new year in lockdown once more, the good news the end to all this heartache is in sight – we have multiple vaccines, and we have the experience of 2020 to show us what must be done to get as many of us through this pandemic as healthily and safely as possible.
Like many others, after some much needed time off away from the computer over Christmas, I am back working on projects after the New Year from this week. To start off in good spirit, I wanted to share and celebrating with everyone the total amount raised from print sales of ‘We Can Be Together Apart / Gallwn Fod Gyda’n Gillydd Ar Wahân – 2020‘.
Through the awesomeness of altruism, together we have raised £276 (or £69 each) for Eden Gate Newport, Feed Newport CIC, Newport Food Bank (Trussel Trust) and Llamau UK. Christmas may be over, but there’s still plenty of vulnerable people out there who need your support. If you haven’t already, consider helping these community champions by buying one of these A4 prints from my shop. Every penny of your £12 goes to these 4 charities.

Blwyddyn Newydd Dda – Blwyddyn Newydd Dda! Roedd 2020 yn flwyddyn anodd, ond erbyn gosh fe wnaethon ni drwyddo, ac er bod mwyafrif y bobl wedi dechrau’r flwyddyn newydd dan glo unwaith eto, y newyddion da bod diwedd yr holl dorcalon hwn yn y golwg – mae gennym ni nifer o frechlynnau, ac rydyn ni yn cael profiad 2020 i ddangos i ni beth sy’n rhaid ei wneud i gael cymaint ohonom trwy’r pandemig hwn mor iach a diogel â phosibl.
Fel llawer o rai eraill, ar ôl peth amser i ffwrdd mawr ei angen i ffwrdd o’r cyfrifiadur dros y Nadolig, rwy’n ôl yn gweithio ar brosiectau ar ôl y Flwyddyn Newydd o’r wythnos hon. I gychwyn mewn ysbryd da, roeddwn i eisiau rhannu a dathlu gyda phawb y cyfanswm a godwyd o werthiannau print o ‘We Can Be Together Apart / Gallwn Fod Gyda’n Gillydd Ar Wahân – 2020‘.
Trwy awesomeness altruism, gyda’n gilydd rydym wedi codi £276 (neu £69 yr un) ar gyfer Eden Gate Casnewydd, CIC Feed Casnewydd, Banc Bwyd Casnewydd (Ymddiriedolaeth Trussel) a Llamau UK. Efallai bod y Nadolig drosodd, ond mae yna ddigon o bobl fregus allan yna sydd angen eich cefnogaeth. Os nad ydych chi eisoes, ystyriwch helpu’r hyrwyddwyr cymunedol hyn trwy brynu un o’r printiau A4 hyn o fy siop. Mae pob ceiniog o’ch £ 12 yn mynd i’r 4 elusen hon.
