Following an Open Call on social media in February 2021, every full moon sees a new artist ‘take over’ the window space for one month.
Os ewch chi i Gaerdydd y mis hwn, ewch ar daith i Ganolfan Capitol ac ymwelwch â gofod dan arweiniad artist tactileBOSCH a weld Hanging Around – arddangosfa ffenestr esblygol barhaus o waith a wnaed gan artistiaid yn ystod y cyfnod cloi i lawr.
Yn dilyn Open Call ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol ym mis Chwefror 2021, mae pob lleuad lawn yn gweld artist newydd yn ‘cymryd drosodd’ y ffenestr am fis.
For this show, I shall be sharing more quilts from ‘Make Do & Mend’ – a series of patchwork quilts which explore ideas of wrapping, warming and protection; they imbue renewal and repair, passing on their life lessons and observations to their viewer.
A huge thank you to Beth Greenhalgh for the invitation to take part / selecting my work to share with tactileBOSCH, as well as Torben for all his help, support and good company during the install.

Ar gyfer y sioe hon, byddaf yn rhannu mwy o gwiltiau o ‘Make Do & Mend’ – cyfres o gwiltiau clytwaith sy’n archwilio syniadau am lapio, cynhesu ac amddiffyn; maent yn efelychu adnewyddu ac atgyweirio, gan drosglwyddo eu gwersi bywyd a’u harsylwadau i’w gwyliwr.
Diolch yn fawr i Beth Greenhalgh am y gwahoddiad i gymryd rhan / dewis fy ngwaith i’w rannu gyda tactileBOSCH, yn ogystal â Torben am ei holl gymorth, cefnogaeth a chwmni da yn ystod y gosodiad.
I weld yr holl artistiaid dan sylw, a’r lleuadwyr llawn hynny yn y dyfodol hefyd dilynwch tactileBOSCH ar Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tactilebosch/

About tactileBOSCH
tactileBOSCH was founded in June 2000 by artists Kim Fielding and Simon Mitchell. Based in an atmospheric, rundown Victorian Laundry building. The arts collective quickly established itself as an exciting hub of freethinking artistic expression and has since developed into one of the key players in Wales’ arts scene.
tactileBOSCH is an artist led collective championing experimentation and specialising in performance art, multi-media, and site-specific installation. Through its exciting programme of exhibitions and events, tactileBOSCH seek out and adapt to new spaces and contexts, granting permission to artists to experiment with their work in a way entirely impossible in a traditional or gallery setting.
